A heart attack is a life-threatening medical emergency that occurs when the blood flow that carries oxygen to the heart is blocked, which leads to starvation of heart muscle of oxygen and it gradually dies.

Heart attacks are more common in adults but can occur in children and teenagers.

- Difficulty in breathing

- Feeling dizzy or lightheaded

- Sweating

Having severe chest pain is one of the most common signs that someone having a heart attack would experience. In some cases, people do not experience severe pain, instead, they experience discomfort similar to indigestion.
